Nag-inat. Ginising ang katawang nais pang umidlip
Buhay ako. Salamat
Walang tutumbas sa gandang dulot ng umaga
Ang bukang liwaway na laging nanghahalina
Ibinabalik tayo sa ating pagkabata
Sabik na sabik sa pasalubong nitong dala
Puno ng mga pangako ng bagong simula
Kanya-kanya tayong dahilan ng pagsisimula
May nagsisimula dahil may natapos
May nagsisimula dahil may naubos
May nagsisimula dahil sawa na sa poot
May nagsisimula dahil nais makalimot
May nagsisimula dahil ayaw na sa luma
May nagsisimula dahil may bagong nakasalamuha
May nagsisimula dahil may gustong patunayan
‘Di upang hilahin tayo nito pabalik, kundi upang magsilbi itong gabay
Love is
being with someone who'll always choose to stay and never leave... Someone
who'll never give up no matter what.
Moving on
can never happen overnight and for some, it may take a while.
Sino ba ang
hindi nakaranas ng breakup? Walang nagsabi na madali lang ang proseso. Maraming
tanong pero ang sagot din ay bakit. Mahirap talagang tanggapin ang katotohanan na
hindi kayo para sa isa't-isa.
Paano nga ba
mag-move on?
FIRST STEP: Game ka na ba?
Kailangan
handa ka at desididong bumangon. Believe that you can survive this battle.
STEP 2: It's OK not to be OK
Namnamin mo
Strength is within yourself. You just have to pull it
out of your core.
STEP 3: Acceptance
Acceptance will
liberate your mind to face
reality. Ang relasyon, pwedeng matapos pero
ang buhay, dapat tuloy pa rin.
STEP 4: Self-affirmation
You have to
believe in yourself and acknowledge your value. Focus on your well-being and
make yourself busy by doing things that boost your creativity. Smile can make a
difference.
STEP 5: Prayer is powerful
Your faith will
strengthen your inner self. Let God be the healer of your broken heart.
Unfollow mo
sya.. unfriend mo na rin. Sa tingin mo ba, magiging effective? Ikaw na lang
kaya ang magpahinga sa social media. Divert your attention. Take a break. What
you don't know, won't hurt you. It's time to let go of the things that remind you
of the pain.
STEP 7: Be with your support system
Your family
will always be the wind beneath your wings. They will support you, every step
of the way. Be with friends who never judge you but always got your back.
STEP 8: Forgive and forget
It's better
to let go of the bad feelings in order for good things to come in. Mas gagaan
ang pakiramdam mo kapag nagpatawad ka. It doesn't matter now who made that damn
mistake. What's important is, the lesson you've learned from that experience.
STEP 9: Keep in mind, tomorrow is another
day
Your wounds
will heal in time. It may not happen now but it will. Rebuilding trust may be
difficult but you'll eventually overcome the trauma. Kailangang bigyan mo ang
puso mo ng pagkakataong tumibok muli. Wag mong hanapin ang pag-ibig dahil kusa
itong darating sa takdang panahon.
These steps
will guide you in the process of moving on and letting go. But remember, your
life is not dependent on what others will say.
"The woman you are is not the
woman you used to be. and the woman you will be is the woman, you should be. THE
BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF."
It's never a measure of how far or how near a person from you to keep the love alive. Although distance may seem a hurdle to some, it may be a better way to strengthen a relationship.
True love can endure any circumstance. It doesn't matter whether you are close to each other physically or away for a long time. If your bond is stable enough, no distance can separate your heart and soul.
Ilang beses nag-trial and error sa pag-export ng videos from Toonly and PPT
ENJOY WATCHING and don't forget to subscribe to my channel for more videos.
I've been on youtube for almost 11 years already. Since youtube's age is now 15, I can consider myself one of the first creators of personal videos. I was into making slideshows that highlighted my kids' photos and videos. Moviemaker and Powerpoint were of great help to me. I spent hours in front of my computer editing. Actually, my first ever youtube video gained 1.3 million views. That's a lot!!! But unfortunately, I did not earn a lot though.
Content creators nowadays are being paid based on their number of subscribers and how much members watched their content.

Letting go of something beautiful is never easy. It can be life-changing. More so, letting go of love is too hurtful that you either bear with the pain and start moving forward or bring your world to a halt and put yourself in the dark forever.
Relationships end for a million reasons. There's no shortcut in mending a broken heart. You grieve. You mourn with the love lost along with the good and bad memories. You crave for logical answers as to... What went wrong? Why do you have to part ways? Who made the damn mistake?
If the person you love finds warmth in other's arms, set him/her free. Choosing his/her happiness over yours is sacrifice. Your heart may be broken but your being will be saved.
Healing is a long and exhausting process and acceptance is the first step. If you acknowledge the reality that some things are not meant to happen the way you want it then, it's easier for you to move on.
Everyday is a constant battle against anxiety and boredom. Being isolated from the real world because of this coronavirus outbreak, our emotions gone wild. We suddenly worry about so many things. We are trapped in our own homes, overthinking when and how will this crisis be over. Our daily activities are limited and we can only keep up with what is now called the"new normal". This unfortunate circumstance seems to dominate our daily lives until a vaccine is developed to combat the dreadful crown of Covid-19.
Meanwhile, we are left with no choice but to deal with the challenges brought about by this global pandemic. We have to be creative, proactive, artistic, resourceful and motivated to refocus our attention from negative thoughts to positive vibes.
SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY and PANIC ATTACK
Palpitations
Sweating
Trembling
Shortness of breath
Sense of choking
Chest pain
Nausea
Dizziness
Feeling of being detached from the world (de-realization)
Fear of dying
Numbness or tingling in the limbs or entire body
Chills or hot flushes
Sense of impending danger
So how do I manage my anxiety? Well, I've been reading a lot about the natural remedies on how to relieve anxiety. I don't want to rely on oral medication and fortunately, doing some effective routine gives me a sense of calmness during unexpected episodes. But it doesn't mean that what works for me may work for you.
The 4-7-8 breathing technique or the “relaxing breath" is actually a great help to fall asleep faster. It involves breathing in through nose for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling through mouth for 8 seconds.
Aromatherapy using essential oils may help promote relaxation. For me, whiteflower comes in handy.
Listen to soothing music is an instant relief. I downloaded a calming piano music with water sounds on youtube. It lasts for 3 hours and its effects can be almost anaesthetic.
Learn how to do some accupressure on yourself. It can help release tension and promote blood circulation. With your index finger and thumb, apply firm pressure to the webbing between the thumb and index finger of your other hand. Massage the pressure point for four to five seconds, taking slow, deep breaths.
Image not mine
Nutrient deficiency may trigger anxiety. Our nervous system requires essential vitamins and minerals in order to function properly. I take food supplements everyday like B complex, vitamins A, C and E. Regular sun exposure is the most natural way to get enough vitamin D. To maintain healthy blood levels, aim to get 10–30 minutes of midday sunlight, several times per week. Of course, nothing beats consuming healthy and nutritional foods to boost my immune system.
Get busy with anything productive like exercising or simply doing house chores. I cook. I clean. I do laundry. I do the dishes. I water my potted plants and take photographs of my roses. See how those blooms and greens knock out my distress.
Prayer is powerful. Having a personal relationship with God gives me a sense of security and strength. He is the greatest doctor. He's indeed, the greatest healer.
Finally, it's always a pleasure getting back on track. Writing is another effective way to keep my mind busy, boosting those happy hormones and creating positive thoughts.
Let me start this special occasion by walking down memory lane. No present and future exist without the past that reminds us when, where and how it all began. So, without further ado, here are the detailed accounts of our love story.
Our simple anniversary cake
THE FIRST GLANCE
Just like any other boring day of the week, I still found myself sitting on that chair inside that seemingly boring office as well. Someone knocked at the door and before I got there to open it, a guy in a blue shirt entered only to ask me, "Nandyan ba si Amy?" (Is Amy around?) That was a brief glance. The very first time I laid eyes on him. It was 14 February 1994, more than twenty-five years back.
THE COURTSHIP
That short meeting was followed by a few more acquaintances and several talks on the phone. His voice struck me. Actually, that’s one trait I like most about him. He always had a way to surprise me. He often paid unexpected visits. He would come to the office all the way from Cavite where he was assigned, wearing that so familiar camouflage jacket... waited for hours until I finished my work for the day.
THE CARD
After almost two months of constantly dating, I formally accepted him. That was April 8 of the same year. I gave him a card... a card with two diamonds meaning he won over my heart because he got the highest one.
THE TERM OF ENDEARMENT
Sweetheart...
Honey...
Cutie...
Baby or Babe...
Cupcake, Darling, Sugar pie, Buttercup...
There are a lot more terms of endearment we can use to address our loved ones or describe a person for various reasons. It's our unique way of calling those people dear to us. It's our means of expressing deep affection. But I preferred a unique one for me and my hubby... me as MYE and he as PYE.
THE COUPLE
Some trivia about us:
You're All I Need by White Lion is our memorable song not our theme song
April 8, 1994, was the day we became BF/GF
January 18, 1995, was our Civil Wedding
July 8, 1998, was our Church Nuptial (number 8 means infinity)
We were born in the same year and month... JUNE 1968. He was on the 23rd and I was on the 29th
I am the eldest of 4 and he is the youngest of 4
Civil Wedding at Pasig City Hall, 18 Jan 1995
This is what I call FATE... God showed us the way to each other and brought us to one place called HOME.
Twenty-five years brought us joy and pain but here we are, keeping our promise of forever despite all the struggles we've been through and the challenges of life we've overcome. We are bonded by love for each other and our faith in God.
Every single day that will pass and every single day that will follow... is always a fresh start.
So, what's keeping you busy these days? Work.. a lot of stressful work in the office, at home, in school. Everyone is preoccupied with all sorts of things.

The pain of moving on and letting go is unbearable. It can
take years for someone to heal and for others, a lifelong process. The
intensity of pain depends on the person experiencing it. Nobody can avoid being
hurt.. It's never easy to forgive and forget especially when the pain is deep.
Napapad kung saan
ang tanging pangarap ko.
Tinangay ng hangin
tinaboy sa malayo.
Nasaktan ang damdamin
takot nang mabigo.
Natitirang pag-asa'y
bigla pang naglaho.
Ilang beses nang bumuo
ng isang kastilyo.
Inakalang matatag
matibay ang pagkakatayo.
Nadaanan lamang
ng mahinang bagyo,
nabuwal ang haligi't
kisap-mata'y gumuho.
Kailan ba matatapos
matagal na paghihintay?
May dahilan pa kaya
ang magtiwala ng tunay?
Matatagpuan pa kaya
ang tinakdang kaugnay
nitong pusong sadyang
nawalan nang malay.
TITANIC is a 1997 American epic romance-disaster film
directed, written, co-produced, and co-edited by James Cameron. A fictionalized
account of the sinking of the RMS Titanic, it stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate
Winslet as members of different social classes who fall in love aboard the ship
during its ill-fated maiden voyage.
Cameron's inspiration for the film came from his fascination
with shipwrecks; he felt a love story interspersed with the human loss would be
essential to convey the emotional impact of the disaster. Production began in
1995, when Cameron shot footage of the actual Titanic wreck. The modern scenes
on the research vessel were shot on board the Akademik Mstislav Keldysh, which
Cameron had used as a base when filming the wreck. Scale models,
computer-generated imagery, and a reconstruction of the Titanic built at Playas
de Rosarito in Baja California were used to re-create the sinking. The film was
partially funded by Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox. It was the most
expensive film made at that time, with an estimated budget of $200 million.
Upon its release on December 19, 1997, Titanic achieved
critical and commercial success. Nominated for fourteen Academy Awards, it tied
All About Eve (1950) for the most Oscar nominations, and won eleven, including
the awards for Best Picture and Best Director, tying Ben Hur (1959) for the
most Oscars won by a single film. With an initial worldwide gross of over $1.84
billion, Titanic was the first film to reach the billion-dollar mark. It
remained the highest-grossing film of all time until Cameron's 2009 film Avatar
surpassed it in 2010. A 3D version of Titanic, released on April 4, 2012 to
commemorate the centennial of the sinking, earned it an additional $343.6
million worldwide, pushing the film's worldwide total to $2.18 billion. It
became the second film to gross more than $2 billion worldwide (after Avatar).
In 2015 Titanic Live, a live orchestra version of the film, premiered in London.
